ALCOHOL

– Alcohol consumption at the campsite is only allowed for persons aged 18 or over.
– If you are entering camp and carrying alcohol, you must also carry a form of ID.
– You are allowed to bring alcoholic beverages, however quantity is limited to a carton of beer or 5 liters of wine or 0.75 l of spirit per person.
– Glass bottles are strictly forbidden.

SAFETY

– Due to visitor safety, sleeping in parked cars is forbidden. This does not apply to motorhomes and camper vans.
– A field team, health personnel and security service will be available at the festival site.
– Shade, free drinking water and water sprayers will be provided.
– Keep an eye on your personal belongings. The event organizer assumes no responsibility for stolen and lost items.

Note: We have prepared different lists of permitted/prohibited items for the camp and festival site. Below you will find the campsite instructions, while the festival manual can be found here.

BASIC NECESSITIES

– Tent (own or purchased via the ticketing system – click here for additional information)
– Sleeping bags, blankets, pillows
– Coolers and iceboxes
– Reusable water bags
– Sunglasses, hats and sunscreen
– Earplugs
– Eye masks
– Flags/banners/totems to distinguish between your tent and the others
– Trash bags
– USB charging cables
– Chairs
– Tent locks
– Towels and flip-flops (for showering)

PERMITTED ITEMS

– Smaller portable gas grills and stoves* with a gas cylinder, no larger than 2 kg (larger gas cylinder, which are integrated into a motorhome or camper van are allowed)
– Acoustic instruments
– Personal portable speakers
– Hydration packs
– Belt bags
– Closed bubblegum packs (open packs will be given special attention)
– Cosmetics/Makeup
– Lighters and closed cigarette packs (open packs will be given special attention)
– E-cigarettes and e-liquids
– Glow sticks
– Shiny and illuminated costumes
– Amateur photo and video equipment (Sony Action Cam, GoPro)
– Phone
– Smaller fan or sprayer

*Only the visitors can prevent camp fires! During your stay pay special attention to all cooking equipment and turn them off after use. If you notice an uncontrolled fire, please inform the festival staff immediately.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

– Metallic rods and hammers
– Butane cylinders
– Metallic knives and other accessories, which can be defined as weapons
– All kinds of weapons (pocket knives, tear gas)
– Glass bottles or glass (small perfume bottles are allowed)
– Pyrotechnics
– Larger sound system (Visitors are allowed to use personal portable speakers without amplifiers.)
– Professional photo and video equipment
– Any kind of motor vehicles
– Promotional material, hanging promotional banners or displaying sponsors
– Hookah’s
– Drugs and other accessories
– Pills without packaging or prescription, expired pills (all medication must be kept in their original packaging)

CAMP ACCESS

– Facilities with unimpaired access to the paths, entrances, exits and toilets will be available for persons with physical impairments.
– Camping areas will be distributed by the principle of first come, first serve. By registering, you will be assisting us in providing you with a reasonably accessible space. You can complete the registration HERE.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We expect all campers to conduct themselves in a way that is mutually beneficial. You will be sharing Hï camp with other festival visitors, who will be your neighbors for three days. Please do your best to make camping a wonderful experience. In case one of the visitors violates the following rules, declines to cooperate or is responsible for multiple violations, they will be removed from the festival site.

By entering the camp you agree to follow the following code of conduct:

– All campers must be older than 16 years and carry a form of ID.
– All campers must possess a valid festival pass.
– All campers must wear a festival wristband.
– All campers, partaking in the consumption of alcohol, must be older than 18 years and carry a form od ID.
– All the campers must vacate the camp until Sunday, 19. August 2018 at 17:00 at the latest.
– Moving vehicles is prohibited.
– Prohibited items will be seized at the campsite entrance.

The following actions can result in a visitor being ejected from the campsite:

– Irresponsible alcohol consumption
– Obscene behavior
– Access to restricted areas without permission
– Violent behavior
– Non-compliance with safety instructions
– Non-cooperation with security personnel
– Parking motorhomes and camper vans on fire routes

The following actions will result in an immediate ejection from the campsite:

– Fighting and other behavior, which can injure or jeopardize visitor safety
– Possession of drugs
– Vandalism and damage to private property

ENTRY TO THE CAMPSITE

– All campers must be older than 16 years and carry a form of ID.
– All campers must possess a valid festival pass and Hï Camp wristband.
– All campers must wear a festival wristband.
– All campers, partaking in the consumption of alcohol, must be older than 18 years and carry a form od ID.
– Moving vehicles is prohibited.
– Prohibited items will be seized at the campsite entrance.
