ALCOHOL

– Alcohol consumption at the campsite is only allowed for persons aged 18 or over.
– If you are entering camp and carrying alcohol, you must also carry a form of ID.
– Alcoholic drinks are allowed
– Glass bottles are strictly forbidden. strogo prepovedan.

SECURITY

– Due to visitor safety, sleeping in parked cars is forbidden. This does not apply to motorhomes and camper vans.
– A field team, health personnel and security service will be available at the festival site.
– Shade, free drinking water and water sprayers will be provided.
– Keep an eye on your personal belongings. The event organizer assumes no responsibility for stolen and lost items.

Note: We have prepared different lists of permitted/prohibited items for the camp and festival site. Below you will find the campsite instructions, while the festival manual can be found HERE.

BASIC NECESSITIES

– Sleeping bags, blankets, pillows
- Cool box
– Coolers and iceboxes
– Sunglasses, hats and sunscreen
– Earplugs
– Eye masks
– Flags/banners/totems to distinguish between your tent and the others
– Trash bags
– USB charging cables

– Towels and flip-flops (for showering)

PERMITTED ITEMS

– Smaller portable gas grills and stoves* with a gas cylinder, no larger than 2 kg (larger gas cylinder, which are integrated into a motorhome or camper van are allowed)
– Acoustic instruments
– Personal portable speakers
– Hydration packs
– Belt bags
– Cosmetics/Makeup
– Lighters and closed cigarette packs (open packs will be given special attention)
– E-cigarettes and e-liquids
– Glow sticks
– Shiny and illuminated costumes
– Amateur photo and video equipment (Sony Action Cam, GoPro)
- Phone
– Smaller fan or sprayer
- Medications from pharmacies (paracetamol, Nalgesin, Aspirin, contraceptive pills...)

*Only the visitors can prevent camp fires! During your stay pay special attention to all cooking equipment and turn them off after use. If you notice an uncontrolled fire, please inform the festival staff immediately.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

– Kovinske palice
– Butane cylinders
– Metallic knives and other accessories, which can be defined as weapons
– All kinds of weapons (pocket knives, pepper spray)
– Glass bottles or glass (small perfume bottles are allowed)
– Pyrotechnics
– Večji zvočni sistemi (Dovoljena je uporaba osebnih prenosnih zvočnikov.)
– Professional photo and video equipment
– Any kind of motor vehicles
– Promotional material, hanging promotional banners or displaying sponsors
– Hookah’s
– Drugs and other accessories
– Tablete brez ovojev (vsa zdravila morajo biti v originalnih zavojih)

CAMP ACCESS

– Facilities with unimpaired access to the paths, entrances, exits and toilets will be available for persons with physical impairments.
– Prostori za kampiranje se bodo polnili po principu prvi pride, prvi dobi.

CAMP ENTRY

- All campers must be over 16 years old and must have a valid ID on them at all times
- All campers must have a valid festival and Hï Camp ticket
– All campers must have the festival pass.
– All campers, who will be consuming alcohol, must be over 18 years old.
– Moving vehicles is not allowed.
– Prohibited items will be confiscated at the entrance into the camp.

CODE OF CONDUCT

We expect respectful behaviour from all of our campers. You will be sharing Hï Village with other visitors of the festival who will also be your neighbours. We ask you to do all that is in your power to make camping there a wonderful experience. If any of the visitors break the following rules, refuse to cooperate or become a threat to others and themselves, they will be removed from the festival.

By entering the camp, you agree to follow the following code of conduct:

The following acts can lead to removal from Hï Village:
– Irresponsible consumption of alcohol
– Lewd behaviour
– Entering restricted areas without authorization
– Violent behaviour
– Violation of safety measures
– Non-compliance with security guards
– Parking camper vans on evacuation routes

The following acts will lead to immediate removal from Hï Village:
– Fighting and other behaviour that can jeopardize the safety of the visitors
– Possession of drugs
– Vandalism and destruction of public property
